Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book an appointment?

Please visit the following link: Request An Appointment

What pressure do you use?

Pressure is always guided by your comfort and feedback. I work within a range from light to firm pressure and adjust throughout the session as needed. Communication is encouraged at any time so the work feels supportive and effective for your body.

Do I need to tip?

Tipping is always appreciated but never expected. Massage therapy is a professional service, and gratuity is entirely optional. Many clients choose to tip based on their experience, while others do not—both are perfectly fine.

What do I need to prepare for an in-home massage?

I bring the massage table, linens, and all necessary supplies. All you need to provide is a quiet space with enough room to comfortably set up the table.

Ideally, the space should allow:

  • At least 8 feet by 6 feet of open floor space

  • Clearance around the table so I can move freely

  • A comfortable room temperature

If space is limited, feel free to reach out ahead of time and we can plan together.

What should I wear during the session?

For table massage, you may undress to your comfort level. You will always be properly draped, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered. For chair massage, you remain fully clothed.

What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. This policy helps respect both your time and mine.

If unexpected circumstances arise, please reach out as soon as possible.

Is massage appropriate if I have a medical condition or injury?

If you have any medical conditions, recent injuries, or concerns, please share them on your intake form or reach out prior to your appointment. When in doubt, it’s always best to consult with your healthcare provider before receiving massage therapy.

What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time, accepted forms of payment include cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App.
Payment is due at the time of service.
