• Requested date(s) and time window

• Location for in-home sessions

• Any brief notes you’d like me to know

Additional Information

• Appointments are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email

• In-home massage services are available throughout the Charleston area

• Chair massage for events or workplaces may require additional coordination
