Therapeutic Massage Session

60 minutes: $140
75 minutes: $170
90 minutes: $200

Massage therapy sessions are offered by time rather than by modality, allowing each session to be fully customized to your needs that day. Rather than choosing a single technique, your session may incorporate a blend of approaches based on your goals, preferences, and how your body responds.

This time-based structure allows the work to flow naturally—supporting relaxation, targeted therapeutic attention, or a balance of both—without feeling rushed or restricted.

Below you’ll find brief descriptions of the techniques I commonly use so you can better understand how each may support your body and well-being. Techniques are always applied thoughtfully and with your comfort in mind.

Pressure, pacing, and focus are guided by your feedback throughout the session.

Session Lengths

60-Minute Massage
A focused session ideal for addressing one or two specific areas of tension.
Well-suited for regular maintenance or targeted work.

75-Minute Massage
An extended session that allows for deeper, more intentional work while still supporting full-body integration.
This is the most commonly booked session.

90-Minute Massage
A comprehensive, unhurried session designed for full-body care and deeper nervous system relaxation.
Recommended for chronic tension, high stress, or multiple areas of focus.

Extended sessions are recommended for clients experiencing ongoing tension or seeking a more restorative experience.

Massage Techniques Used

Below is an overview of the techniques that may be incorporated into your session. Not all techniques are used in every session, and none are applied without discussion and consent.

Swedish Massage

A gentle to moderate-pressure approach using smooth, flowing strokes to promote relaxation, circulation, and overall ease. Swedish massage supports stress reduction and helps calm the nervous system.

Benefits may include:

  • Relaxation and stress relief

  • Improved circulation

  • Nervous system regulation

Deep Tissue Massage

A slower, more intentional style that works with deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Pressure is applied gradually and thoughtfully, focusing on patterns of tension rather than force.

Benefits may include:

  • Relief from chronic tightness

  • Improved mobility

  • Support for repetitive strain or athletic recovery

Myofascial Work

Gentle, sustained pressure applied to connective tissue to support release and improved movement. This technique is subtle but effective and is often used to address restrictions that contribute to discomfort.

Benefits may include:

  • Increased mobility

  • Reduced tension patterns

  • Improved body awareness

Assisted Stretching

Passive stretching techniques used to support joint mobility and functional movement. Stretching is always performed within a comfortable range and guided by your body’s response.

Benefits may include:

  • Improved flexibility

  • Enhanced range of motion

  • Support for movement-based activities

Cupping Therapy

Silicone cups are used to gently lift and decompress tissue, encouraging circulation and supporting recovery. Cupping is always discussed beforehand and adjusted for comfort.

Benefits may include:

  • Increased blood flow

  • Reduced muscle tension

  • Support for recovery and mobility

Enhancements are available to complement your massage session and may be added at the time of booking or discussed prior to your appointment.
